B.I.T., Basic Interval Timer, is a simple workout timer that is easy to use and has a basic design. You can start using it by pressing the set time button, once you choose the interval you want, hit save and it will take you back to the home screen. Now you are ready workout! All you have to do is hit the big green start button and when you are finished you can stop it by tapping the big red stop button. 

I wanted to make this app because I couldn’t find a workout timer that was simple to use and didn’t have all the fancy features. I wanted an interval timer that would repeat an alarm for any set interval, without having a resting period or showing number of sets. All I wanted was a workout / interval timer that was simple to use.

Your phone will not go to sleep and lock while the timer is running so dont forget to close the app when you are done.
